Serving a calling I have always had, I joined DI:GA to be a resource to the business world on all things disability. It takes all of us in this world working together to change the way disability is viewed in the workplace. Inclusion of people labelled with disabilities is the last frontier of the civil rights movement in my opinion. The employment and self-sufficiency of people with disabilities is important to the economic and social well-being of the United States and the world. I deeply enjoy helping ALL people achieve their maximum level of independence, and I believe engaging the community at-large is an essential element to that.
