Leadership

Valerie Murphy
Chair / Comcast

My passion for inclusion and advocacy began when my son was diagnosed with a disability at 3 years old. Over the years, I’ve found so many great resources and groups to help provide support and advocacy to the disabled. Disability:IN is definitely one of them. I’m proud to support this amazing organization that thrives on building awareness of inclusion and accessibility.  From a career perspective, I have been in the advertising world for 27 years; holding various positions. And I am also very proud to currently Lead an Employee Resource Group (ERG) for people with Disabilities at Comcast.

Conrado Marion-Landais
Board Member / Southern Company Services

I'm committed to removing unnecessary barriers that make it harder for people to show up authentically at work, contribute their best, and be valued for their contributions.  As D&I consultant at Southern Company, I'm proud to work for a company that scored 100% on the Disability Equality Index. Despite this recognition, we understand that we are on a journey, and partnering with Disability:IN Greater Atlanta and its member companies is one of the ways in which we continue to learn and drive positive change.
