Talent Engagement and Inclusion Program Manager, Publicis Groupe My passion for inclusion and advocacy began when my son was diagnosed with a disability at 3 years old. Over the years, I’ve found so many great resources and groups to help provide support and advocacy to the disabled. Disability:IN is definitely one of them. I’m proud to support this amazing organization that thrives on building awareness of inclusion and accessibility.  From a career perspective, I have been in the advertising world for 27 years; holding various positions. And I am also very proud to currently Lead an Employee Resource Group (ERG) for people with Disabilities at Comcast.

VP, Development and Community Relations, Bobby Dodd Institute I joined DIGA because building accessible and inclusive workplaces is going to take all of us. As a child of two special ed teachers, it was instilled at an early age that everyone has a superpower, a skill that makes them unique and valuable. As Disability:IN is the leader for business disability inclusion worldwide, it is an honor to directly impact the organization’s important mission in metro Atlanta.

Career Development Advisor, Georgia Tech EXCEL Program Serving a calling I have always had, I joined DI:GA to be a resource to the business world on all things disability. It takes all of us in this world working together to change the way disability is viewed in the workplace. Inclusion of people labelled with disabilities is the last frontier of the civil rights movement in my opinion. The employment and self-sufficiency of people with disabilities is important to the economic and social well-being of the United States and the world. I deeply enjoy helping ALL people achieve their maximum level of independence, and I believe engaging the community at-large is an essential element to that.

DEI Consultant, Southern Company Services I'm committed to removing unnecessary barriers that make it harder for people to show up authentically at work, contribute their best, and be valued for their contributions. As a DEI consultant at Southern Company, I'm proud to work for a company that scored 100% on the Disability Equality Index. Despite this recognition, we understand that we are on a journey, and partnering with Disability:IN Greater Atlanta and its member companies is one of the ways in which we continue to learn and drive positive change.
